People want to make a difference. Somewhere inside - regardless of age, education, culture, or experience - there's an impulse to make things better for other people. We want our children to know a world that is more than the one we entered. We want neighbors to experience the warmth and support we may have missed. We yearn for communities and organizations where people grow, change and are able to live healthy lives.
In the process of living, the belief that we can make a difference
becomes overwhelming. The situations we face are complex and
often daunting. Sometimes the amount of changes and the pace
they are coming at us, wear us out.
In my role as a facilitator, I help individuals, organizations, communities, and businesses think clearly about their dreams and their realities. I create a forum for open communication. I help people hear one another, imagine solutions, build alliances, and develop workable realistic strategies. In short, I help them live and work the change they desire.
